• Use an account belonging to the person funding the trip. Make sure the account holder name, account number (if shown), statement period, incoming/outgoing transactions, and balance are clearly readable.

• Prepare evidence that the business is active, such as NIB/business licence/deed or tax documents as required by the checklist. The business name and owner/management details should match the application documents.

Surat Keterangan Pelajar dan Kartu Pelajar

• Use a recent school/university letter showing the student’s name, active status, programme/major where relevant, and study period. If travel occurs during term time, include leave/permission where required.

Surat Keterangan Pensiun

• Prepare proof of retirement status and post-retirement income, such as a pension letter, pension payment evidence, bank statements, or assets/regular income as required by the checklist.
