• Provide a realistic day-by-day or city-by-city plan: dates, city, main activities, accommodation, and intercity transport. Make sure all dates match the flight and hotel bookings.

• Use an account belonging to the person funding the trip. Make sure the account holder name, account number (if shown), statement period, incoming/outgoing transactions, and balance are clearly readable.
• Schengen: many Indonesia checklists require bank statements for the previous 3 months. If the trip is sponsored, the sponsor’s financial evidence may be required in addition to the applicant’s evidence.

• Request the reference letter directly from the bank. Make sure the account holder name matches the passport and the letter shows the bank identity, issue date, and account information required by the destination checklist.

• Use a recent letter on company letterhead stating the applicant name, position, employment start date, and verifiable company contact details.
• For Schengen, the employment letter should state the position, length of employment, salary, travel/leave period, and confirmation that the applicant remains employed after returning.

If self-employed: prepare the latest company deed/amendment and a valid NIB. Indonesian-language documents should be accompanied by a sworn translation for the Schengen application.

• Prepare evidence that the business is active, such as NIB/business licence/deed or tax documents as required by the checklist. The business name and owner/management details should match the application documents.
• For Schengen applications handled by Pasti Visa, Indonesian-language NIB and business registration documents are prepared with a sworn translation for use as supporting documents.

Complete and sign the visa application form.

• Complete all fields using the passport and supporting documents. Do not guess information; recheck name spelling, passport number, date of birth, and travel dates before submission.

• Passenger name must match the passport. Dates, routing, and transit cities must be consistent with the itinerary, hotel bookings, and dates entered in the visa form.
• For Schengen, use a round-trip flight reservation that matches the itinerary. Avoid buying non-refundable tickets before the visa is issued unless requested by the authority or service provider.

• The policy/certificate should clearly show the insured person’s name, coverage period, geographical coverage, and main benefits.
