• Use the same passport details as in the application form. Make sure the biodata page is clear and the passport is not damaged.
• For Singapore: the passport biodata page must be clear and the passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Singapore.

• Prepare a clear, complete copy/scan that is not cropped and keeps all details readable.
• Make sure the name, date of birth, address, and family relationships shown are consistent with the passport and visa form.

• Use a recent colour photo, in focus, facing the camera with a neutral expression, and without editing or beauty filters.
• Wear clothing that contrasts with the background so the shoulders and body outline remain clear. If the background is white, avoid white or very pale clothing that blends into the background.
• Singapore: visa photo must be recent (within 3 months), colour, white background, with the full face visible. For ICA e-Service upload, the recommended dimension is 400 x 514 pixels.

• Complete all fields using the passport and supporting documents. Do not guess information; recheck name spelling, passport number, date of birth, and travel dates before submission.
• Singapore: Form 14A must be fully completed and signed; details must match the travel document.

• Passenger name must match the passport. Dates, routing, and transit cities must be consistent with the itinerary, hotel bookings, and dates entered in the visa form.
• The booking should show the guest name where possible, accommodation name/address, check-in/check-out dates, and cover the required stay period. Details must be consistent with the itinerary.

• Use a recent letter on company letterhead stating the applicant name, position, employment start date, and verifiable company contact details.
• If employed, prepare the employment letter and any required employment evidence. If self-employed, prepare a valid NIB/business registration.

• State the identities of the grantor and representative, the authorised actions, date, and signatures as required. Attach the parties’ identification if requested.
